I only had one week off for spring break when I was in school. It was probably for the best, because it was nice having about 2 1/2 months of summer vacation and I couldn't imagine having less than that (at the time).
...Especially since the schools I went to had no air conditioning and the uniforms weren't that breatheable.
Text version of today's comic for screen readers
Panel 1: Andrea is looking at her laptop, while Melanie is laying on the bed behind Andrea, looking at her cell phone, and Kay is floating nearby, eating a chocolate chip cookie.
Melanie: "Andrea, did you know some schools have two weeks of Spring Break?!"
Andrea: "Yeah, but they usually have longer school days or a shorter summer vacation.
Panel 2: Andrea has a somewhat annoyed expression on her face, while Melanie props her head up with her hand and sighs, looking off to the side wistfully. Kay is still flapping her wings to float in the air nearby, and eating the cookie.
Melanie: "I guess it's just as well... If we had two weeks off, then I'd have to cram two weeks of vacation homework into the last day of Spring Break.
Andrea: "Maybe you should stop waiting until the last day to do your homework."
