I don't really play those restaurant instant win games anymore, but when I did I usually won a small prize like free food.

Panel 2: Andrea still has the same expression, while Melanie's expression changes to annoyance as she clenches the game piece in her hand.
Melanie: "Aww, I didn't win the money. I did win a smoothie though, so I guess it paid for itself...."
Panel 3: Andrea still has the shocked expression while Melanie looks over at Andrea inquisitively.
Melanie: "Did you win anything, Andrea?"
Panel 4: Andrea's expression remains unchanged, and Melanie reaches over and waves her hand in front of Andrea's face in an effort to get her attention.
